Terms & Conditions

Eligibility

• Referrer must be an active member of Active Mid Devon with a current, paid membership.
• Referred friend must be a new member. A new member is someone that does not have a current live membership.

Referral Reward

• The referrer will receive one free month of membership for every friend they refer who signs up.
• There is no minimum commitment required from the referred friend for the reward to apply.

Referred Friend Incentive

• Referred friends will not pay the joining fee (saving £15) and will receive a warm welcome and full access to our facilities under the chosen membership, but no additional incentive is included as part of this offer.

Referral Limits

• There is no limit to the number of friends a member can refer during the promotional period.

Reward Delivery

• Free months will be automatically applied to the referrer’s account and managed through the Active Mid Devon App. Members will be notified once the reward is active.

General Terms        

• This referral programme is intended for personal, non-commercial use only.
• Active Mid Devon reserves the right to amend or end this promotion at any time.
• Any misuse of the programme (including self-referrals) may result in disqualification from the offer.
• Our normal membership terms and conditions apply to this membership.
• By participating in the Refer a Friend programme, members agree to these terms and conditions.
• You will get your referral reward one month after your referred friend has made their first full payment.
