A typical class

If you’ve never done a group fitness class before LES MILLS™ Virtual can be a great place to find your feet – up close and personal following the instructor on the big screen you’ll be totally immersed in the choreography and music.

How it works

  • Select the class that you want to attend from the timetable and register at reception. Be sure to arrive 10-15 minutes before the class start time to get yourself ready.
  • Enter the class studio, your virtual instructor will inform you what equipment you will need and show you some basic moves in the 5 minutes before the class starts. The class will start automatically.
  • Your virtual instructor will take you through a warm up with simple moves designed to work one body part at a time, from your shoulders to your chest to your hips.
  • You’ll then move on to the Virtual workout!
  • The final warm down brings you to the end of the class. Remember to return any equipment you have used for your session and visit reception to book your next class!

Step into a BODYCOMBAT workout and you’ll punch and kick your way to fitness, burning up to 570 calories** along the way. This high-energy martial-arts inspired workout is totally non-contact and there are no complex moves to master. A LES MILLS instructor will challenge you to up the intensity and motivate you to make the most of every round. You’ll release stress, have a blast and feel like a champ.

LES MILLS SPRINT is a 30-minute High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workout, using an indoor bike to achieve fast results.

It’s a short, intense style of training where the thrill and motivation comes from pushing your physical and mental limits. A high intensity, low impact workout, it’s scientifically proven to return rapid results.

The 30 minutes you put into a LES MILLS SPRINT workout drives your body to burn calories for hours. You combine bursts of intensity, where you work as hard as possible, with periods of rest that prepare you for the next effort. The payoff? You smash your fitness goals, fast.

BODYATTACK is a high-energy fitness class with moves that cater for total beginners to total addicts. We combine athletic movements like running, lunging and jumping with strength exercises such as push-ups and squats. A LES MILLS instructor will pump out energizing tunes and lead you through the workout – challenging your limits in a good way, burning up to 555 calories** and leaving you with a sense of achievement.

THE TRIP is a fully immersive workout experience that combines a 40-minute multi-peak cycling workout with a journey through digitally-created worlds. With its cinema-scale screen and sound system, this IMMERSIVE FITNESS workout takes motivation and energy output to the next level, burning serious calories.

If you want to get fitter faster, with less discomfort, new research from the Les Mills Lab shows that THE TRIP is the way to go.

RPM is a group indoor cycling workout where you control the intensity. It’s fun, low impact and you can burn up to 500 calories a session**.

With great music pumping and the group cycling as one, your instructor takes you on a journey of hill climbs, sprints and flat riding. In an RPM workout you repeatedly rotate the pedals to reach your cardio peak then ease back down, keeping pace with the pack to lift your personal performance and boost your cardio fitness.

RPM is a great way to build up your sense of personal achievement. You can draw on the group’s energy and find your rhythm in the music. You control your own resistance levels and speed so you can build up your fitness level over time. It’s a journey, not a race!
