Want that extra push? Exercise classes are a great way to add variety into your exercise routine as well as providing you with that motivating nudge that will keep you going.

Whether you want to improve your fitness level with an indoor cycling class (no helmet required), tone up with Les Mills Body Pump, go crazy with a Functional Fitness workout or slow it down and get involved in Yoga and Pilates… we have something for you!

To ensure a safe and effective workout for everyone:
– Please arrive on time. If you miss the warm-up, you’ll be unable to join the class
– If you find an exercise too hard, take a quick breather before carrying on!
– Stay for the full session. Leaving early can disrupt the flow and your cool-down
– Most importantly, have fun and enjoy your workout!
