‘Refer a Friend’ Offer

(1) The offer is available to Active Mid Devon over 16 years old Members who pay for membership by Direct Debit or who have an Annual Membership and have been a member for a month or more.

(2) The offer will continue until withdrawn, at the discretion of Active Mid Devon, in which case a month’s notice will be given on the website that the offer is drawing to a close.

(3) The reward works as follows – an Active Mid Devon Member refers a friend. When the friend joins as a Member* they complete refers name and membership number on the application form (where did you hear about us?).

The offer only applies to Adult memberships.

(4) A member of staff will contact the current Active Mid Devon Member to inform them when they will receive their reward. Please note that due to direct debit ‘cut off’ dates, the reward may not be given on the next direct debit payment date.

(5) The reward is to have a reduction of £15.00 month. There is no alternative reward. For D.D this will be taken off their next available D.D, for annuals a £15.00 membership voucher will be given, this voucher can be used against their next renewal. Please note it is the member’s responsibility to hold onto the voucher and to present it at time of renewal to get the discount.

(6) There is a maximum of 12 referrals per Active Mid Devon Member per year. There is a maximum one deduction given per month.

(7) *Promotional Memberships and Membership tasters are not included.

However following a promotion if a person takes out a Direct Debt the discount can be applied.
