Are you eligible for our concessionary discounts? Please see the table below.
Eligibility
In order to receive our concessionary discounts we will need to see some proof of receipt of the following. Please make sure this is in date. We will need to see proof every 6 months in order for you to keep your discount. Peak tariff will be applied to access after 5pm until facility closure. You must have a valid concessionary monthly membership or a Pay & Play Concession card to receive a discount.

| Universal Credit This includes: – Working Tax Credit including Health Charges Exception certificate (must hold both) – Income Support – Income-Based Jobseekers Allowance (JSA) – Income-Related Employment and Support Allowance (ESA) – Housing Benefit | Your latest Universal Credit award notice will be required from DWP |
| Council Tax Reduction (excludes Single Persons Discount) | Letter from your local council – they will supply a copy on request |
| Pension Credit | A copy of your recent correspondence with DWP (last six months) |
