Circuits | Circuits is a fun fast fitness class. The class is based on a mixture of cardio exercises to improve strength and fitness levels. The class is a fast moving and well-motivated one. Core Conditioning | Conditions the many muscles that stabilise the spine, pelvis and shoulder girdle. Hatha Yoga | Suitable for all levels. Hatha is a potent alignment-oriented practice that emphasises the forms and actions within yoga postures. Traditional postures are held in accurate alignment. Studio Cycle | Takes place on a stationary bike. As you pedal, motivational music is played as the instructor talks you through a virtual cycle ride outdoors e.g. “you are going up a hill now, you can see the top”. During the class the pace varies and the resistance also varies but you control the levels that you work at. | Burns up to 450 per calories per 45 minute class. Improves heart function.
