Terms and Conditions: Summer Family Membership
Everything you need to know about our terms and conditions regarding our summer family memberships.
- This promotion does not affect existing Membership Terms and Conditions.
- It is for new members only. There will be no reductions in the fees for existing members, or extensions in activities offered by existing membership.
- Corporate memberships are excluded from this as already existing members.
- A ‘new member’ is a person/s who doesn’t have a current active membership with Active Mid Devon.
- Minimum x1 Adult, max x2 Adults, minimum x1 Junior (for example; x1 Adult and x1 Junior or x1 Adult and x3 juniors or x2 Junior and x2 Adults).
- Additional members can be added at £15.00 per Junior or Adult.
- This membership can be purchased from July 1st, 2025.
- Memberships can be purchased after Monday 21st July, 2025.
- This is a 6 week membership and dated from Monday 21st July, 2025, not from the date the membership was purchased.
- Our Swimming Lesson Programme/Private Swimming Lessons/One to One sessions are not included in this offer.
- Junior Membership (3-15).
- Adult Membership (16 plus).
- Junior and Family fitness classes are for customers aged 11 and over.
- Studio Cycling height restriction applies – juniors must be aged 11 and above 4’ 10″ to use the bikes.
- All sessions will be bookable and normal booking T&C’s apply.
- Café discount is only available during the duration on the offer and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers. To receive a discount, you need to download our new app and present your membership at the café.
- Orientation and Quick Start Inductions are included in this offer.
- 16yrs+ exercise programmes and reviews are not part of this offer, if you would like a programme you will be charged £15.00.
- Due to high demand and number restrictions, we may not be able to accommodate teen gym classes at Active Tiverton throughout the summer.
